{"id":1559,"date":"2023-10-06T12:54:57","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T09:54:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vaduganda.org\/?p=1559"},"modified":"2025-07-28T02:59:22","modified_gmt":"2025-07-27T23:59:22","slug":"omoding-charles-54-years-aturai-village-okoboi-parish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vaduganda.org\/omoding-charles-54-years-aturai-village-okoboi-parish\/","title":{"rendered":"OMODING CHARLES, 54 YEARS aturai village okoboi parish"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>54 Years Cattle Trader\/ Farmer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have benefited from increasing income and food security for the 250 vulnerable households in Okoboi parish, in Teso north east Uganda, specifically benefitting through the trainings on agronomic and post-harvest handling practices that the VAD staff had trained on from time of inception of the project<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is able to at least make rightful decisions on what to cultivate that brings about more income to the family, on the side of feeding he is able to even have evening tea which he attributes to greater change and the home is flooded with Karamojong casual labourers. He is even planning to save more in the group so as he starts constructing on his plot at the trading centre of \u201cfreedom\u201d in Okoboi parish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
